The government’s
aim is for every child, whatever their background or their circumstances to
have the support they need to:
Be Healthy- we provide the opportunity for healthy
eating, exercise, and promote personal hygiene.
Stay Safe – We invite the children to write and agree to our club “safety
rules “and have good ratio of staff to children.
Enjoy and Achieve – We encourage positive social interaction,
provide challenge and celebrate effort.
Make Positive Contributions – We invite the children to assist with
the clubs activity plan, shopping list, menus etc. We recognise and encourage individual
talent.
Achieve Economic Well Being- The children at our club run their own
tuck shop, they assist with fundraising and enjoy calculating profit to buy new equipment.
